Education:Day to day

The Dutch proverb says that foolish people do not learn anything from the learned, whereas wise people learn a lot from fools. . The great thinker Osho has said that the aim of education should be character-building. Ruskin has also compared education to a fertile land that requires care. He says that one should work hard towards the best character. On the art of learning, Cicero says that the learned are the circles of wisdom, ordinary humans based on experience, foolish need and animals from.In today's context, if these statements are discussed, then they come out in their own right. I would like to give you a visual sense of a residential school in relation to how foolish people get education out of necessity. School has been discharged. A teacher is going towards his house on a bicycle. Suddenly, his vision goes out on the donkey while stretching out on the road. The donkey has been looking towards the entrance of the school. Teacher brothers get off the bicycle and walk near that donkey. The very next moment they pull the ear of that donkey and start bringing it in, Aaja, we will make you a horse too! Why bro...! I stand before them, I do not understand your words had got.Teacher brothers smile, our school has taken the contract to make donkeys horses!
I understand everything Perhaps you have also understood. Students of facilitators and wealthy families learn only because of need. Parents who raise money from both hands, put their children in Vidya Niketan and residential schools and .... A contented life to be led ( play Bansi in peace ) Therefore, these fools learn only out of necessity. There is no dearth of such schools spread across India. Teachers working here have to work hard. Then these donkeys become horses. These types of schools sow seeds in May and their crops start swaying in July. The crowd of entrants is so high that most of the parents have to hang their faces and go to other schools. 
Kabir has elaborated on the guru-disciple relationship. His statement is that the Guru has a higher place than God. A disciple is ignorant. It is like raw clay, which the Guru wants to make a god or a demon. It is the master of the potter who makes the perfect pupil. But now the ancient beliefs have started changing as per the time. Ever since the "Money" has started functioning in our life, the Guru-disciple relationship has started to break down. 
Gandhiji has said that his politics also originates from his religion. There is no separation from politics, but from politics, the first teacher should also realize his religion. Study and teaching is the ultimate religion of a teacher. Today's politics is beginning to dominate religion. Different unions and organizations of teachers attest to this, today's teacher is first leader and later teache .These days, the entry of religion and politics in the field of education has started to lead it towards perversion. While making the policy, academics will have to be more alert in this direction while doing interviews.
Education practitioners are earning from both hands under the "English medium" and "Government recognized" boards. 
In such a situation, it is no surprise then that the teachers' mind starts to wobble.
These teachers are heavily exploited in private educational institutions. Just like in the medical world, even if the allowance of "Non Tutoring Allowance" is given in the education world, even then the crops of tuition will not be destroyed. This type of work should be considered as a form of corruption. Only the force of teachers can stop the flood of tuitions. Never before has there seen such a plight of secondary education. The basic objective of education should be a thorough study in the fields of character building and knowledge science. Students in secondary level classes are often of adolescent age. Therefore, the responsibility of building the character of these adolescent students is the responsibility of the school teachers. We have to take extreme precautions in this direction only then we will be able to connect with the real purpose of education.
